The kite harness is one of your first purchases after learning to kite. It is what connects us to a kite, and allows us to transfer the power generated by the kite into the board. The most important factor is comfort! Kite harnesses are typically defined as either seat harnesses, or waist harnesses. A seat harness has leg straps.
